The Core Axle Set is fundamental for power transmission and the optimal functioning of Barrop sweepers. This set integrates high-quality components that ensure a secure connection, precise rotation, and a long lifespan under demanding working conditions.

The square and round axle adapters to the Barrop System allow seamless integration with various models, ensuring mechanical stability and resistance. For secure fastening, the M12x70 set screw provides firm attachment, preventing unwanted slippage during operation.

The bearing system includes multiple components designed to reduce friction and ensure efficient rotation. Notable among them are the UC 207 bearing with groove, the No. 7207-B-2RS tapered bearing, and the bearing supports (outer, inner, and “sandwich” groove), which optimize load transmission and minimize wear.

The set also includes essential power transmission elements, such as the 21-tooth roller axle sprocket, the 10x8x20 transmission disc key, and the disc axle sets with and without keyways, ensuring efficient, play-free coupling. Additionally, the 10×45 axle support disc pin reinforces the system’s structural stability.

For robust fastening without energy loss, M12x30 screws (grade 12.9), M12 serrated washers, and various-sized bushings are incorporated, enhancing the set’s overall resistance.

The Square Tube + Side Caps Set, available for different models (3000 DD, 2800 DD, 2400 DD, 1900 DD, 1750 DD, and 1600 DD), provides structural rigidity and protects the internal components of the system.

Lastly, the Brush Axle Set, specific to each sweeper (3000 DD, 2800 DD, 2400 DD, 1900 DD, 1750 DD, and 1600 DD), ensures efficient sweeping with an extended lifespan, thanks to its innovative design with 28,000 friction points.
