Chain Tensioner Set

The Chain Tensioner Set is a key system in the Barrop sweeper, responsible for maintaining proper chain tension in the transmission, preventing slippage and ensuring efficient, uninterrupted operation. Composed of high-resistance components, this set guarantees a long lifespan and reduces maintenance needs.

The 31-link chain set L=1.20 m (INOX) provides stable and durable transmission, resistant to corrosion and wear from intensive use. For reliable fastening, the Asa 60H-1 chain link with hitch facilitates assembly and disassembly without compromising system safety.

The 11-tooth tensioner sprocket with machining optimizes force transmission, reducing wear and improving chain movement efficiency. Complementing this, the Øi17 Øe39 bearing with 12 mm thickness absorbs loads and minimizes friction, ensuring smooth and precise motion.

To ensure firm system tensioner attachment, the set includes M12 (ZN) nuts and M12x35 mushroom head screws (grade 12.9), designed to withstand vibrations and demanding conditions. Additionally, the 110.7x50x6 tensioner plate-washer reinforces the structure, evenly distributing load and preventing deformation.
