The Sweeper Structure Set is the foundation of the reliability and resistance of the Barrop range. Each part has been selected and manufactured to ensure optimal performance under the most demanding conditions, guaranteeing precise and uninterrupted sweeper operation.
Among the key elements of this set is the Tecalan tube greaser, essential for efficient lubrication of the hydraulic system, reducing friction and extending component lifespan. For harder-to-reach areas, the elbow greaser allows grease application in difficult spots, ensuring proper maintenance without disassembling critical parts.
The Tecalan PA tube (6mm outer – 4mm inner, 150 mm) is another vital component, designed to withstand high pressures and intensive working conditions. Its resistant material minimizes wear and ensures a constant fluid flow in the hydraulic system.
Lastly, the leveling stop screw allows adjustment and maintenance of the optimal brush height, ensuring uniform sweeping and preventing uneven wear on the brushes and anti-wear blade.
