PRELIMINARY PROVISIONS
These purchase conditions apply to all brand products purchased through the website https://barrop.com/ (hereinafter “website”).
By placing an order, you guarantee that you are over 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Orders may only be placed to acquire goods without the intent of resale. Any resale or distribution of products purchased through the website is strictly prohibited.
If you are a distributor, you may sell the product as long as you comply with the brand’s pricing.
We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent, false, or speculative orders, as well as those placed by a customer with whom there may be a dispute/controversy from previous orders, or when there are reasonable doubts that lead us to believe the customer is violating any of the specified purchase conditions or engaging in any criminal activity.

You can browse the website until you find the desired services. Once located, clicking on it will give you access to all the detailed information offered by the website. From there, you can add the product to your purchase.
If you are placing an order with us for the first time, you will be asked to register by entering your email address and a password with which you can create and access your account.
If you are a registered user with an active account, you must enter your email and password, and the system will recognize your information.

All orders are subject to availability. We are not responsible for the lack of stock or unavailability of products.

If a product is unavailable after an order has been placed, you will be informed as soon as possible by email or phone, and the order will be canceled.

Contract with Barridos De Op, S.L., and Order Acceptance
For first-time purchases, the order will not be accepted by us until the amount has been charged to your account. After confirming the purchase, you will receive an email as acknowledgment of receipt, but this does not imply that the order has been accepted, as it is subject to our subsequent verification and acceptance.
For a second purchase, payment can be made within 30 days after the invoice is issued.
We will confirm the acceptance of the order in an email informing you that the order is being shipped. Only at that moment will the contract between you and us be formalized, and only for the products listed in said shipping confirmation.
The contract can be concluded in Spanish and English.
Order Confirmation and Cancellation
Before finalizing the order on the website, you can review all the associated details (amounts broken down in all necessary sections – taxes, shipping costs, item selection, etc.), and you can correct anything necessary.
After confirmation, it will not be possible to modify or cancel the order through the website; you must contact us. In such cases, the order can only be modified or canceled if the item has not entered the shipping phase from our warehouses, unless the machine contains your company’s corporate colors.
Currency, Taxes, and Price
In accordance with current legislation, all purchases from our website are subject to value-added tax, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla. The applicable rate will be the one legally in force at any given time.
All prices are shown in euros (€) and must be considered the final price to be paid by the customer (including VAT or not, depending on the delivery territory, as indicated in the previous paragraphs).
Payment Methods and Security
Any order placed must be paid immediately after order confirmation. Orders will only be processed once payment has been completed and verified.
Payment must be made by credit or debit card (issued by an entity based in Spain).
Once you are an established customer, you can make payment via bank transfer within 30 days of receiving the invoice.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the contracting process in its final stage. The customer acknowledges that the economic valuation of some products may vary in real-time. In any case, this will always be communicated to users in advance.
The user may use the following payment methods to pay for products purchased through the website:
- Credit card, through a payment gateway (Virtual POS): In this case, the user’s and purchase details will be entered and transmitted directly by the user to the entity managing the gateway. This information will not be stored or manipulated by us but will be recorded directly in the payment gateway of the corresponding financial institution. For greater security, we will use a Secure Electronic Commerce Authentication Service, a system established by Visa / Mastercard / Eurocard, whereby the customer authenticates with their issuing bank, and the merchant authenticates with their acquiring bank. The order amount will be charged to your card, so you must provide the card number, expiration date, and CW2 security code (on the back of your card). If your card is secured, you will be asked for the relevant security codes. The buyer can pay for their order through the Redsys banking gateway.
The charge will be made in real-time through this payment gateway. If the charge cannot be completed for any reason, the order will be automatically canceled.
- Bank Transfer / Account Deposit: Any payment made to the provider will result in the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered user. This invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user or sent along with the purchased product.

Discount Codes
From time to time, promotional codes may be offered that result in a discount on one or more products, the entire order, or the shipping service.
The terms of use related to any discount code will be specified at the time of issuance. However, these terms and conditions apply to all promotions, contests, and discount codes of our company (unless otherwise stated):
- Only one promotional code can be used per order.
- A promotional code cannot be used after an order has been placed.
Deliveries: Types, Deadlines, and Issues
Delivery can be made to the address of your choice (except P.O. boxes). Home delivery of orders will be carried out by a logistics operator during regular business hours. If no one is at the address when the logistics operator arrives, they will leave a note, and their customer service department will attempt to contact you to arrange the delivery. Shipping costs will depend on the product in question and are calculated automatically at the time of sale. They will be free for purchases over €500 as long as they are within mainland Spain. Delivery times are calculated based on working days – Monday to Friday – as the courier company does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
The usual delivery time will be approximately between 24 to 72 business hours from order approval. This period may increase during sales periods, Christmas campaigns, or in cases of customs procedures or other circumstances arising from (for informational purposes only) geographical distance, weather conditions, wars, strikes, any form of government intervention, non-compliance by our suppliers, etc., as well as any other issues attributable to the logistics operator responsible for product delivery. We are not responsible for possible delays caused by any of the reasons mentioned above. The indicated deadlines will be extended for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, and the rest of the European Union.
If, at the time of delivery, the order packaging is damaged, you must open the package in the presence of the logistics operator to verify the condition of the items. If damage is observed, you must detail it on the delivery note and contact us as soon as possible. We will repair or replace at no cost to you all items that have been damaged or lost during transport, provided you notify us of the issue as soon as possible.
Once the order is delivered, it becomes your property, and therefore, any damages that may occur will be your responsibility.
Withdrawal, Exchange, and Return Policy
According to the right of withdrawal and returns under Article 102 of RDL 1/2007, the consumer will have the right to withdraw from the contract as outlined in the following paragraphs:
Withdrawal Period
You may exercise the right of withdrawal without justification within 14 calendar days.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, received the goods.
How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal for products purchased exclusively on https://barrop.com, you must contact our Customer Service by sending an email to pedidos@barrop.es to clearly express your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The right of withdrawal will be considered exercised within the deadline if you have sent the communication regarding the exercise of this right before the corresponding period expires, as indicated above.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you exercise the right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (in which case additional costs arising from this will not be refunded), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we receive the return.
We will process the refund using the same payment method used for the purchase, without you incurring any costs as a result of the refund, except for the return shipping costs. In all cases, the products being returned must be in perfect condition and include all their accessories.
Returns of the following products will not be accepted as per Article 103 of RDL 1/2007:
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
- The supply of goods that, after delivery and considering their nature, have been inseparably mixed with other goods.
- Personalized products.
- Gift products or samples sent free of charge or at no cost to the customer.
- Standalone accessories that are complementary to another main product.
Returns of products that cannot be resold due to misuse will not be accepted, unless they were sent in poor condition by us or have a manufacturing defect.
In case of receiving the order with damages caused during transport, it is important to take some photographs of the packaging and damages to support a possible claim with the transport agency, and you must note it on the delivery note signed for the courier. You must report this issue as soon as possible. If no damages are observed upon receiving the package because the box is closed, you must also report the claim to us as soon as possible.
What to Do in Case of a Defective Product?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please take photos and contact our Customer Service immediately to request its replacement. Once the replacement has been agreed upon, ensure the product is well-packaged and send it to the return address indicated above.
If you receive an incorrect product, you have 7 calendar days to file a claim.
Who Bears the Cost of Return Shipping?
We will cover the return shipping costs, provided the products have some defect, do not match the item description on the website, or were damaged during transport or handling by us. You can return any product you are not satisfied with within 14 calendar days, even if it has no defect or damage and has not been opened or unsealed, but in this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Product Warranty
The warranty period is three years, although it does not include deficiencies caused by negligence, impacts, incorrect use, or improper handling, etc., nor materials worn out by use. In case of a defect caused by misuse, the repair will be billable upon prior quotation.
In cases where the use of the warranty is justified, we will opt for repair, replacement of the item, discount, or refund, as legally established. Barridos De Op, S.L. will carry out exchanges or returns provided that:
Prior communication is given to our Customer Service within two months: This step is essential regardless of the reason for the return. You can do so by sending us an email to pedidos@barrop.es, attaching a copy of the receipt or invoice and the order number in the email subject. We will indicate how you can proceed with the return of the item.
The item to be returned must be properly packaged for its return. The packaging must be in perfect condition and include all its original accessories and instructions to be returned.
Failure to meet the two-month deadline will not result in the loss of the corresponding remedy right, but the customer will be responsible for the damages or losses effectively caused by the delay in communication.
Commercial warranty: Manufacturers may offer additional warranties, the scope and duration of which vary depending on the products and brands. Such warranties will be exclusively borne by the manufacturer who is bound by them.
Under the Royal Legislative Decree, the seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer a product that conforms to the sales contract as established (Article 114), whereby:
“The seller is obliged to deliver to the consumer and user products that conform to the contract, being liable for any lack of conformity existing at the time of product delivery.”
The warranty period will begin on the same day of purchase, as per the aforementioned Article 123 of the Royal Legislative Decree.

PARTIAL NULLITY
If any part of these service conditions is contrary to law and, therefore, invalid, this will not affect the other provisions that are in accordance with the law. The parties undertake to renegotiate those points of the service conditions that are null and to incorporate them into the rest of the service conditions.
MODIFICATION OF THE GENERAL SALES CONDITIONS
Barridos De Op, S.L. reserves the right to modify the general sales conditions without prior notice, being able to change, delete, or add both the content and services provided through it, as well as the way they are presented or located on its servers.
These changes must be accepted by the user each time they make a purchase through the website.
Customers who do not agree with the modifications to the general conditions must notify us and, from the date on which the new version takes effect, must stop using the website services.
In the event that any of the terms of the general sales conditions are declared illegal or unenforceable by a judicial decision, the remaining provisions will remain in force.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
This site is located and operated in Spain. All matters relating to this site are governed by Spanish laws and are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Courts and Tribunals of Spain, without applying the principles of conflict of laws.
In cases where the customer is not a consumer or user, or has a domicile outside Spain, they will be subject to the national Courts and Tribunals, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
