Hydraulic System Set
The Hydraulic System Set is the core of power and efficiency in Barrop sweepers, enabling precise sweeping control and optimal energy transmission. Composed of high-resistance components, this system ensures reliable performance and a long lifespan under demanding conditions.
Hydraulic flow control and regulation
The VRC-87 and VRC-65 valves optimize pressure and flow distribution, ensuring stable operation without power loss. To maintain system integrity, the reinforced OMS EATON 200 motor replacement kit enhances hydraulic motor efficiency, improving response and equipment durability.
Secure and resistant connections
Quick couplings (M and H in 3/4” and 1/2”), along with M-H elbows (3/4” and 1/2”), ensure a tight and resistant fit in the hydraulic circuit. M-M fittings (3/8-1/4” and 1/2”) complement these connections, preventing leaks and reducing maintenance time. Additionally, metal buna seals (3/4”, 1/2”, and 1/4”) reinforce sealing in high-pressure joints.
Key hydraulic transmission components
The OMS 200 hydraulic motor provides the necessary power for sweeper operation, efficiently transmitting force. Complementing it, the 11-tooth motor sprockets (Ø32 mm KIT No. 2 and Ø25 mm KIT No. 1) optimize energy transfer within the system. For firm and precise adjustment, keys for Eaton and Danfoss hydraulic motors are included, ensuring a slip-free connection.
Hydraulic system structure and fastening
The Bobcat hose support keeps hydraulic lines organized and protected, preventing damage from sudden movements. Adjustable screws (1/4” and 1/2”) facilitate system adjustment, ensuring versatile mounting tailored to each need. For stable and secure fastening, weldable double 1/2” complete flanges and weldable single 3/8” complete flanges are integrated, ensuring structural strength throughout the circuit.
