The Collector Structure Set is an essential part of Barrop sweepers, designed to ensure efficient collection and exceptional durability in demanding work environments. Each component is selected to withstand constant impact and friction with abrasive materials, minimizing wear and reducing maintenance needs.
Robust fastening and secure attachment
The bucket link fixing pin and the bucket-sweeper link + pin set ensure a firm and stable connection between the collector’s components, preventing play and guaranteeing efficient operation. To complement this fastening, the DIN1481 10×80 elastic pin provides additional support, absorbing vibrations and preventing unwanted movement.
Anti-wear blades for each model
The anti-wear blades, made of HB500-HB505 steel, are designed to resist extreme abrasion and offer a long lifespan. Available for models 3000, 2800, 2400, 1900, 1750, and 1600, these 35 mm thick blades ensure uniform surface contact, optimizing collection efficiency and reducing uneven wear.
Maintenance and adjustment tools
To facilitate assembly and maintenance of the set, the 46-19 striking open-end wrench allows precise and secure adjustments in high-demand connections, ensuring all collector structure components remain firm and operational over extended work periods.
